What areas do you serve?
SaintView Media is based in Ashburn, Virginia, and serves the Northern Virginia and DMV region, including Loudoun County, Leesburg, Reston, Herndon, Sterling, Fairfax, and surrounding areas.
How quickly will I receive my photos and videos?
Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours for photography and 48–72 hours for video. Rush delivery within 24 hours is available for an additional fee.
Do I need to prepare the property before the shoot?
Yes — a clean, decluttered, well-lit property photographs significantly better. We recommend removing personal items, clearing countertops, turning on all interior lights, and ensuring the exterior is tidy. We're happy to share a pre-shoot checklist upon booking.
What is a 2D virtual walkthrough and do I need one?
A virtual walkthrough is an interactive digital tour that allows buyers to explore a property online at their own pace. It's particularly valuable for out-of-state buyers, luxury listings, and properties that benefit from extended online exposure. It can be embedded directly into your MLS listing or shared via link.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We understand schedules change. We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee.
How do I receive my final images and videos?
All deliverables are provided via a private online gallery link. Photos are downloadable in high resolution and MLS-optimized formats. Videos are delivered via a shareable link ready for social media, MLS, and marketing use.
Do you work with new realtors or only established brokerages?
We work with realtors at every level — from independent agents booking their first listing shoot to established brokerages with ongoing media needs. Every client receives the same luxury-tier service.
